Returns and refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, contact us at h.khalid123@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to process it.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
